Cancellation & ' Refundable Period '
'The Refundable Period' applies to this product.
During the refundable period :
1. You can cancel through the Management Page.
2. Management Page will be sent to your email.
3. The refund amount is 90% of the original payment.
After the refundable period ends :
1. Cancellations and refunds will no longer be available.
Each product has its own policy.
One of the following types will apply:
1. Non-refundable
2. Refundable Period
3. Time-based refund
Post-Service Issues
For any questions, complaints, disputes, or issues regarding the product or service, please contact the company operating the selected product directly.
SEOULTOUR provides booking, payment, refund, and settlement services only.
Reservation May Be Declined:
1. Although rare, a confirmed reservation may still be declined or canceled.
2. In such cases, 100% of the payment amount will be refunded.
3. By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no compensation beyond the refund of the reservation payment amount will be available.
