1. SEOULTOUR acts solely as an intermediary for online reservations.

All product-related matters must be addressed directly with the company (product provider) that registered and operates the selected tour, which is fully responsible for its listing, management, and operation.

SEOULTOUR is a platform service provider that helps with online reservations and sales. While it may assist in parts of the reservation, sales, and payment process, all products are registered and managed independently by the respective providers.

SEOULTOUR is not the owner or actual provider of any registered products. It does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the product. Therefore, all responsibility for the product belongs to the product provider.

Product providers must only register products that they can manage and operate directly. They are fully responsible for registering the product, managing the information, handling reservations, and operating the service.
Product providers must make and provide their products legally, following the laws of their own country or region, including consumer protection laws.


2. Post-Service Issues

If any issue arises after the scheduled date of the tour, event, activity, or similar service, all claims and disputes must be addressed directly to the company operating the selected product.
SEOULTOUR holds no responsibility or liability for any issues related to the product after the scheduled service date.
SEOULTOUR can only assist with refund processing within the designated refundable period.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1. Content Submission Rights
By submitting or posting any content—including reviews, photos, comments, or other materials—you grant SEOULTOUR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media, without the need for additional consent, notice, or compensation.
3.2. Use of Submitted Content
You acknowledge that SEOULTOUR may use your submitted content for marketing, promotional, informational, or service-related purposes.
3.3. Content Retention
Even if certain personal data is deleted upon request, some information related to user-generated content—such as the title, content, or author details of a review—may remain stored or displayed for legal, operational, or historical purposes.
3.4. Right to Remove Inappropriate Content
SEOULTOUR reserves the right to delete or withhold publication of any customer-generated content—including reviews and Q&A entries—without prior notice if it is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, offensive, promotional in nature, or otherwise in violation of the platform’s policies.

4. Jurisdiction and Regional Compliance

Laws and regulations regarding online services may vary depending on the customer’s country or region. Therefore, the above terms may be modified and applied in accordance with the legal requirements of the relevant jurisdiction. For this reason, the retention and deletion period of reservation and personal data may be subject to change.
