2.1. Email, Password, Name, Phone Number, Nationality, Contact Method, Contact Info : Used for accessing the Reservation Management. Used for selling and reserving the product, and for identity verification.
2.2. Information separately requested by the company operating the selected tour : Used as additional information required by the product operator for selling or executing the product.

3.1. Personal information to be deleted includes: name, email, password, nationality, phone number, contact method, contact info.'.
3.2. Personal information collected from customers will be retained for a reasonable period following the completion of the relevant service or the cancellation of a reservation, and will generally be deleted or securely destroyed within one year.
