Terms and Conditions
for Product Providers

Article 1. General Provisions

SEOULTOUR is a platform service provider that helps with online reservations and sales. It may assist with part of the reservation, sales, and payment process for products registered by the product provider.
SEOULTOUR is not the owner or actual provider of any registered products. It does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the product. Therefore, all responsibility for the product belongs to the product provider.

Product providers must only register products that they can manage and operate directly. They are fully responsible for registering the product, managing the information, handling reservations, and operating the service.
Product providers must make and provide their products legally, following the laws of their own country or region, including consumer protection laws.

Article 2. Personal Information and Data Storage

SEOULTOUR collects personal information from customers when helping with reservations and sales. This information is stored and used to carry out the reservation and provide the service.
The collected customer personal information will be classified for deletion starting six (6) months after the occurrence of the relevant event — the product delivery date, the service completion date, or the reservation cancellation date. In most cases, the data is deleted within one (1) year.

Information may be kept longer in the following cases:

a. If there is a legal dispute or ongoing investigation related to the product
b. If the law requires it to be kept longer
c. If needed for system safety and stability

Also, the data storage and deletion period may be changed depending on the law in the country or region where the product is provided.

Customer personal data and reservation info may be shared with the product provider.
The product provider must only use this data for reservation handling and customer support.
The provider must keep the data safe, must not leak it to others, and must delete it properly after the storage period ends.

Article 3. Use of Information and Content

Product providers must comply with the following requirements when registering products:

a. Only content that the provider has lawful rights to use or has personally created may be used.
b. Products or materials that infringe on the rights of others or may raise social or ethical concerns must not be registered.
c. Any content that violates the laws or regulations of the country or region where SEOULTOUR is registered is prohibited from being registered.
d. Materials that go against public order, social norms, or general ethical standards must not be registered or posted.
e. Login credentials must not be shared with or lent to anyone other than the account holder.

SEOULTOUR can use the product content (like images or descriptions) that the provider uploads.
SEOULTOUR may use the content for free, without asking again, and may edit or change it slightly for marketing on its website or other advertising platforms.

SEOULTOUR may choose to show, hide, or delete content at its own decision and will not pay any compensation for this.

SEOULTOUR has an exclusive and permanent right to use customer-uploaded content (reviews, photos, comments, etc.).
Product providers and other people or companies cannot change, copy, share, or use this content unless they get clear permission from SEOULTOUR or the customer who posted it.

Article 4. Customer Complaints and Issue Resolution

If the customer raises a complaint regarding the quality or experience of a product, event, or activity, the provider who registered and operates the product must respond in good faith. The provider is primarily responsible for handling such complaints, and must make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through proper explanation, communication, or appropriate remedial action.

Article 5. Payments and Product Prices

All product payments on SEOULTOUR are processed in USD (United States Dollars), which is the platform’s base currency.

If a product is listed in a currency other than USD at the time of registration, the price will be converted to USD for payment purposes, using the exchange rate designated by SEOULTOUR at the time of transaction.

The final product price is the USD amount paid by the customer, and this amount shall be the basis for any settlement or remittance to the product provider.

Article 6. Rejection by the Product Provider

If, after the payment for the product has been made, the product provider chooses to reject, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
In the next settlement, an amount equivalent to 10% of that amount will be imposed on the product provider and will be deducted at the time of remittance.

Article 7. Settlement & Remittance

SEOULTOUR settles payments based on the amount paid by the customer in USD.
Only payments for products that have been completed without issues—such as delivery, tours, or events—will be eligible for settlement.

Settlement is calculated as of the last day of each month. The total amount will be finalized by the 15th of the following month, and payment will be remitted before the end of that month.

The minimum settlement amount is USD 100. If this amount is not met, the balance will be carried over to the next month.

Settlement amounts calculated in USD are remitted in one of two ways, depending on whether the provider is located within or outside of Korea.

For providers registered in Korea, payment will be made in KRW (Korean Won), converted from USD, and transferred to the provider’s designated bank account.
SEOULTOUR will bear the PayPal currency conversion fee.
Providers must pre-register their bank account details with SEOULTOUR.

For providers outside of Korea, payment will be made to the provider’s PayPal account in USD.
In this case, any PayPal fees incurred during the remittance or currency conversion process will be charged to the provider.
All such costs, including remittance and conversion fees, are the responsibility of the provider.

Payments made through PayPal may be subject to change based on system status, applicable laws, or PayPal’s operational policies.
All payment and remittance processes are governed primarily by the laws of the country in which SEOULTOUR is registered and PayPal’s policies, and secondarily by the laws and regulations of the provider’s country of registration.

PayPal-based payments and remittances may vary depending on operational conditions, applicable laws and PayPal policies. Payment and remittance procedures primarily comply with the laws of the country where SEOULTOUR is registered and PayPal policies, and secondarily with the laws and regulations of the country in which the product provider is registered.

The settlement policy may be revised in the future due to changes in PayPal’s contract terms or system upgrades.

Article 8. Restriction of Sales and Withholding of Payment

If SEOULTOUR determines that any of the following circumstances apply, it may suspend the exposure and sales of the product without prior notice to the product provider. In addition, it may withhold or reject the settlement of payment.

a. In the event of a legal dispute related to the product
b. If the registered product or content violates copyright or other applicable laws
c. If another company’s product is registered or copied without permission
d. If the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party are infringed or are likely to be infringed
e. If the content includes inappropriate or illegal elements

The product provider may submit objections, but is required to fully cooperate with SEOULTOUR in resolving the matter through explanation or clarification.,

If a legal dispute happens, it will be handled in the city of Seoul, South Korea. All related legal and administrative costs must be paid by the product provider.

SEOULTOUR may restart payment once the problem is resolved or if it decides payment should continue.

Article 9. Refusal of Product Registration and Full Suspension of Listings

If SEOULTOUR determines that a product provider, or any individual affiliated with or compensated by the provider or their business (including employees, agents, or contractors), has engaged in any of the following acts, SEOULTOUR may, without prior notice, refuse new product registrations or take actions such as suspending, removing, or delisting all existing products of that provider from the platform.

- Attempting to access or use the SEOULTOUR system through illegal or improper means
- Using automated tools (e.g., scraping, crawling, bots) to collect data or place an excessive load on SEOULTOUR systems
- Intentionally registering false, exaggerated, or misleading product information
- Using SEOULTOUR’ name, logo, brand, or any design elements without authorization
- Infringing the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) or impersonating other individuals or entities
- Participating directly or indirectly in the creation or manipulation of customer reviews, ratings, or comments
- Offering incentives or compensation in exchange for posting, modifying, or deleting customer content
- Making defamatory, threatening, or harassing communications against SEOULTOUR or other users
- Engaging in inappropriate or unethical behavior on the SEOULTOUR website or systems
- Promoting competitors, distributing unauthorized advertisements, or redirecting users to external services through the SEOULTOUR platform
- Any other act deemed by SEOULTOUR to threaten the platform’s operation, user trust, or system security

Article 10. Modification of Terms and Conditions

SEOULTOUR may revise these Terms for Product Providers and related policies at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, the revised terms will become effective from the date they are posted on the SEOULTOUR website.
Significant changes will be announced in advance, and a notice will be posted on the website at least 15 days prior to the effective date.
